Rebel Rookies Basketball Sessions
Rebel Rookies Basketball is a fun and welcoming introductory program for boys and girls in Kindergarten and 1st Grade who are excited to learn the game of basketball. Designed for young beginners, the program focuses on developing basic skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork in a positive and encouraging environment. Through games, drills, and activities, players build confidence, make new friends, and learn the fundamentals of the sport while having lots of fun. Speed & Strength
The Summer Speed & Strength Program is designed to help athletes improve their overall athletic performance through structured training focused on speed, strength, agility, and conditioning. Participants will learn proper movement mechanics, develop explosive power, and build total-body strength through a variety of drills, exercises, and workouts. Emphasis will be placed on proper technique, safe training habits, and progressive development so athletes can improve while reducing the risk of injury. This program is designed to support athletes of all skill levels and will help participants build confidence, improve coordination, and prepare for upcoming sports seasons. This program is ideal for those who want to stay active during the summer while building the strength and speed needed to perform their best in any sport or activity. -
Boys Basketball Camp
Our camp provides comprehensive instruction for each participant - from mastering the fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, and passing to learning advanced techniques and strategies for the more experienced players. This camp will cover all aspects of the game to help players develop and reach their full potential on the court. Led by experienced coaches and former/current players who are passionate about the game. -
Pre T-Ball
Designed to teach/introduce 3-4 year olds the physical activity, socialization, and basic fundamentals of playing baseball. Utilizes a hitting tee - no pitches are thrown to batters. Games will be played between DGF teams. -
Pitch & Hit Baseball
Pitch & Hit is a co-ed program that provides players with an age-appropriate level of competition while preparing them for Girls Ponytail Softball and Boys PeeWee-KnotHole and Little League. The format combines instruction with game play, where the coach pitches underhand to the batters. Participants will rotate through various defensive positions and develop sportsmanship, proper mechanics, and an understanding of the rules. Games will be played between DGF teams. -
When I'm in Charge
This class is designed to help equip young students with the skills and confidence they need to stay home safely and responsibly on their own. Students will learn how to handle common situations such as resolving sibling conflicts, recognizing and responding to stranger danger, making safe and thoughtful decisions, and identifying emergencies and knowing when and how to seek help. Our Summer Baking Classes offer a fun and hands-on opportunity for participants to learn the basics of baking while creating a variety of delicious treats. Throughout our multiple programs, participants will explore different baking techniques and recipes while gaining confidence in the kitchen. Participants will learn important skills including measuring ingredients, mixing and preparing batters and doughs, decorating baked goods, and practicing kitchen safety and cleanliness. These classes are perfect for anyone who enjoys being creative in the kitchen and wants to learn how to bake a variety of tasty recipes in a supportive and fun environment. -
T-Ball
Learn the fundamentals of throwing, catching, hitting, fielding, base running, and good sportsmanship in a non-Competitive atmosphere. Games will be played between dgf teams. -
Wrestling
Athletes can expect advanced technique instruction and live wrestling during Summer Slam practices, guided by the wrestling staff. -
Ponytail Softball
This program focuses on building fundamentals such as hitting, throwing, fielding, and base running while also introducing game strategy and teamwork. Participants practice regularly and compete in games that emphasize learning, sportsmanship, and confidence-building. Coaches provide guidance and encouragement to help each player improve at their own pace, regardless of experience level. -

Our youth soccer programs provide an exciting opportunity for children to learn the game of soccer while staying active, building confidence, developing their abilities/skills, making new friends, and discovering a passion for the sport. Mini Kickers: A dynamic and engaging introduction to the world of soccer designed for 3 - 5 year olds who are eager to kick-start their soccer journey! Our program provides a fun and supportive environment where children can learn the fundamentals of soccer while developing essential motor skills, coordination, and teamwork abilities. -

Pre-K Summer Explorers
Join us this summer for a fun and engaging Pre-K class designed to help young learners play, explore, and get comfortable in a school learning environment. This relaxed and welcoming class gives children the opportunity to build social skills, practice routines, and enjoy hands-on learning activities with new friends. Children will enjoy a variety of activities including creative play, stories, movement, simple learning experiences, and a daily snack, all designed to help prepare them for a school setting. Children must be fully toilet trained, wearing underwear full-time, and independent in using the bathroom to attend and manage independently in a class of 10:1 ratio (student/staff). -
Summer Bike Club
Summer Bike Club is an active outdoor program that combines fitness, fun, and friendship! Riders will build confidence on their bikes through engaging skill drills, mini obstacle courses, balance challenges, and guided group rides. Students will learn and practice important bike safety habits including proper helmet use, hand signals, awareness of surroundings, and basic bike care. Emphasis is placed on encouragement, teamwork, and personal growth — helping each rider improve at their own pace. This activity is great for all skill levels — from casual neighborhood riders to confident cyclists looking to sharpen their skills. Helmets are required and provided. You can bring your own bike or we have some to provide. -

Our Summer Recreation Football Programs offer a fun, active, and supportive environment where youth can learn the fundamentals of football while enjoying the excitement of team play. Designed for a wide range of ages and skill levels, the programs focus on building athletic skills, confidence, and a love for the game during the summer season. Football Camp Info for 4th-6th graders: *If your child is in 4-6 grade, FM Athletics will have a date/time before OUR camp for you to pick up your helmet and shoulder pads. FM Athletics has NOT confirmed the date/time yet. You will then need to go back a second time to FM Athletics to get your jersey, pants and pictures. If you do not have your equipment for our camp, you will not be able to participate. ***(4th grade students please read the important note below) ***A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES TO READ BEFORE ENROLLING YOUR STUDENT IN FOOTBALL CAMP: ∙ This is a 5th-8th grade camp but Coach Soderberg and staff is willing to open this camp up to 4th graders if they have their FM Athletics equipment already and can use that equipment for this camp. If they don’t, they are unable to participate in this camp as we do not have enough equipment to furnish for 4th graders. If you have a 5th-6th grade student who participates in FM Athletics, please have them bring their FM Athletics equipment so they can use that during camp. -

All skill levels are welcome! 🌞🏃♂️ Badminton: Learn and practice badminton skills in this fun beginner class. Gaga Ball: Get ready to jump, dodge, and play! Gaga Ball Camp is perfect for active kids who love fast-paced games and friendly competition. Participants will learn the rules and fundamentals of gaga ball, practice skills, and play plenty of games in a fun and supportive environment. Throughout the camp, students will explore game strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship while building confidence and coordination. -

Spark curiosity and creativity in our STEM Exploration Program! Children can sign up to participate in a variety of hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math activities designed to inspire problem-solving and innovation. This program provides a fun, engaging environment where kids can experiment, learn new skills, and discover the exciting world of STEM. All experience levels are welcome! 🧠🔬 Cardboard Marble Mazes: Design and make your own marble mazes. This maze activity craft fosters independence and nurtures imagination. With the help of your Instructor and team you’ll design and build an array of marble mazes from simple to complex. Lego Builders: Putting together Legos is a snap, but what all can you make with them? Complete time challenges and build Lego structures together. See you who is the champion lego builder! -
Stuffy Sleepover
Come to the library in your pajamas and bring along a stuffed animal friend (please make sure it isn’t a stuffed animal that you might need at home). Listen to a story, have a snack, and leave your stuffed animal friend to have a sleepover in the library. Who knows what kinds of things they will get into during a library sleepover! -

This fun-filled camp is led by the talented members of the DGF Dance Team and their skilled coaches, giving dancers the perfect blend of expert instruction and positive peer inspiration. Throughout the camp, dancers will learn a variety of dance styles, build confidence, improve technique, and enjoy high-energy choreography. Whether your child is brand-new to dance or already has some experience, this camp offers something for everyone! -
