Take your athletic performance to the next level this summer with our Speed and Strength Training program designed specifically for high school athletes! Whether you're looking to improve your speed on the field, increase your strength in the gym, or enhance overall athleticism, this program will help you reach your goals.
Transportation is not provided, families are welcomed to look at the shuttle bus schedule. Please use 2025-2026 grades when registering.
Gridiron Power & Speed - Mr. Crawford: A comprehensive training program that blends weight room power with on-field agility drills to build explosive speed, strength, and quickness. Focuses on heavy lifts, plyometrics, sprint mechanics, and change-of-direction work to develop dominant athletes.
Peak Performance: Strength and Agility Training - Mr. Crawford: A dynamic training program designed for 7th-8th grade boys to develop foundational strength, speed, and agility. This class combines age-appropriate weight training, agility drills, and functional movements to build coordination, explosiveness, and confidence. Emphasizing proper technique and injury prevention, students will enhance their athleticism in a fun, structured environment.
Elevate: Strength & Agility Training - Mr. Crawford: Join this class of 7th-8th grade girls who will focus on building strength, speed, and confidence through age-appropriate weight training and agility drills. Students will develop power, coordination, and endurance in a supportive environment while learning proper lifting techniques and movement mechanics to enhance overall athleticism and injury prevention.
Power and Precision: Strength & Agility Training - Mr. Crawford: This program is designed for 9th-12th grade boys and girls, this class focuses on building strength, power, and athletic agility. Students will learn proper weightlifting techniques, agility drills, and functional movements to enhance overall performance. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to get stronger and faster, this program provides expert coaching in a supportive environment to help athletes reach their full potential.
All-Court Conditioning - Mrs. Tysver & Mr. Sunde: This conditioning camp is designed for female volleyball and basketball players looking to enhance their speed, strength, agility, and overall athletic performance. Athletes will engage in specialized drills, weightlifting sessions, and agility training to build endurance, power, and explosiveness on the court. With expert coaching and a structured program, participants will develop the physical and mental toughness needed to excel in their sport.
Summer Football Conditioning Program - Mr. Crawford: This program focuses on position-specific drills, explosive power, and game-ready conditioning to give players a competitive edge on the field.
